All items are made to order, please allow up to 7-10 days before item is shipped or what is stated on product page. 

We offer expedited shipping. Email us and we'll try our best to accommodate.

Shipping within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority. Tracking number will be included.
Shipping outside the U.S. will be shipped USPS First Class for International. No tracking number will be included. Other shipping providers are available, but at an additional cost. Email us for details.

Please note, we are not responsible for payment of any import or duty fees.

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

Orders placed within New York state will incur an 8.125% sales tax.

Materials & Care
Fibers:
The fibers we most often use are mercerized cotton, pima cotton and silk. Sometimes stains happen and for spot cleaning, we recommend using a little soap and water to remove stains and dabbing the stain. I've heard from customers that the Tide To Go Stain stick also works. It may remove some of the natural dye of the jewelry depending on the color so please be aware.

Ceramics
:
Ceramics components are often white, red or speckled earthenware clay. They are stronger than other types of clay and hold up to everyday wear, but keep in mind, ceramics can be fragile and can break. For traveling, I recommend putting them in box they came in or wrapping the item in some clothes.

Metals
The majority of the metal components are vintage brass. For earring posts, we use a sterling silver.

Natural Dyes:
We believe that the colors that the earth can provide us for dyeing are more brilliant and beautiful than synthetic dyes. We make sure our dye stuffs are from trusted sources that get their materials ethically. Due to the handmade nature of dyeing, variations can and will occur. Some dyes we often use are logwood, madder root, indigo and black walnut.

Repairs
We understand that things malfunction and/or break and can do repairs on most items. Contact us.

Packaging
Items come packaged inside a custom Gamma Folk box. If your order is a gift, please leave instructions in the comments section at checkout and I am happy to include a small card with your personalized message.

Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item, we accept exchanges only within 7 days of receipt.
Sorry, we cannot do refunds. 
Before shipping an item back, please email us to notify an exchange.
Sorry, shipping costs are not refunded and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned with original packaging and be in same condition as when shipped. If an item comes back damaged or broken, we cannot proceed with an exchange.
